Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper

Candidates would preferably have:

  • QuickBooks experience
  • Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Invoicing experience
  • Experience answering multi-line phones
  • Experience in data entry and record keeping 

Candidates should have:

  • Ability to work with a team or to work independently, given the situation
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive work ethic, a problem solving mentality and a 'can-do' attitude
  • Desire to offer excellent customer service
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in fast pace environment

Candidates must have:

  • Legal authority to work in the U.S.
  • Passable background check and drug screenings
